Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility should be reviewed case by case according to product type, course status, delivery status, and the confirmed business policy.
Products
The business should confirm whether refunds, replacements, or support are available for damaged, defective, missing, delayed, opened, or used products.
Courses and Programs
The business should confirm cancellation and refund rules for online courses, offline workshops, school programs, booked demos, and custom institutional services.
Payment Gateway Refunds
Approved refunds may need to be processed through the payment provider or another verified business process. Timelines can vary by bank, card network, wallet, UPI, and payment provider.
How to Request Help
Customers should contact support with order number, registered email or phone, payment reference if available, and a clear explanation of the issue.
